Red Dress Sunday

Red Dress Sunday is an innovative faith-based health education and outreach program designed to raise awareness of the devastating effects of heart disease. Statistics show that each year more African-American women die from heart disease than breast cancer, stroke and lung cancer combined, making it the number one killer of African-American and Latina women in this country.

We invite our congregation to wear red as a powerful visual and reminder to take care of their hearts on Sunday, February 17th.
